Production description
This four outlet UPVC pipe extrusion line adopts advanced technology from conical twin-screw extruder to the down-steam line of four outlet stainless steel vacuum calibration tank and spray cooling tank. This design will avoid the energy and material waste phenomenon caused by the pipes adjustment in the production. And the technology of four haul-off unit and cutter have been fused together very well with four outlet vacuum calibration tank and spray cooling tank, they can be automatic independent and flexible control to reduce the defective index of finished products so as to improve the production efficiency and help customers make more benefit from the new technology.
